Each session will run for approximately one hour. You always start on your Home Field. The first
two sessions will focus on training and getting to know the team.
Session one will include a brief intro then training with your coach.
Session two will start with training with your coach, then the team will scrimmage itself in a game so the kids get to experience it before you compete against other teams.
The remaining sessions will consist of a training session with your coaches for the
first 20-30 minutes and then break into small-sided scrimmages with other teams in the age
group for another 20-30 minutes.
All games are on NOVA Field 6. However, there are mini fields
within Field 6 labeled as A, B, C, D, which you will rotate through beginning week 3. The
schedules will be posted at the field for reference.
