NEW PLAY WITH GRADE
No player will be permitted to play in an age group younger than their age no matter what their grade. A player born in August/September who is also in a higher grade than their date of birth would place them may request to play up to stay with their school grade group.
But if the player decides to try out for SYSA Travel Soccer he/she must play with the correct age group, not grade. Unless the team has space for an underage player.

Registration Fees:

Early-Bird Registration (November 12, 2011 - December 16, 2011):
U4/5 = $60.00 per player, U6 - U19 = $100 unless multi family discount applies.
Regular Registration (December 17, 2011 - February 28, 2012):
U4/5 = $65.00 per player, U6 - U19 = $110 unless multi family discount applies.
Late Registration (March 1, 2012 – April 1, 2012 U4 - U10) Late Registration (March 1, 2012 – April 13, 2012 U11 – U19):
U4/5 = $90.00 per player, U6 - U19 = $135 unless multi family discount applies.

Multi-Family Discounts:
|
1st Child is full price, 2nd Child receives a $5 discount, 3rd Child receives a $10 discount, 4th Child receives $15 discount and so on.
All players of the same family must register at the same time in order to receive multi-family discount. Only applies to immediate family members with the same parents/guardians living at same address.

Late Registration:

Beginning March 1, 2012 - payment may only be made with the online credit card payment and there is no guarantee that there will be room to place your child on a team. Your child will go on waitlist until we can determine available openings on a team.
No registrations will be accepted after April 13, 2012.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
If you register during early or regular registration and for whatever reason(s) need to request a refund a $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from your overall refund. If you register during late registration and for whatever reason(s) need to request a refund a $25 fee will be deducted from your overall refund. If we cannot place your waitlisted child we will assess the $25 late fee as well. All requests for refunds must be made in writing. These requests can be sent via email to sysa_info@yahoo.com.
No refunds will be issued after the Coaches' Meeting on March 14, 2011, unless we are unable to place your child on a team. Refunds will not be granted in the event that practice and/or game schedules do not meet family schedule. SYSA is a volunteer organization and ability to grant individual requests cannot be accommodated.
Registration fees do not include the SYSA uniform or other necessary equipment. Capability to purchase uniforms online only apply to U11 and above age players. Uniforms are an additional cost and vary depending on what program applies to your player.
No mail-in forms will be accepted for registration. All registration will be done online. If you have trouble accessing the online system you can try any public library to use their computers for registration.
Mail-in checks must be received within 5 calendar days from date of registration to guarantee placement on a team provided the player is registered during the regular registration time frame. Any checks returned for NSF will be assessed a $50.00 fee by the collection company.
No jewelry, including pierced earrings, is permitted to be worn during games. All jewelry must be removed. This is a FIFA rule with which SYSA must abide. This applies to newly pierced ears as well. Earrings CANNOT be taped over but must be removed while a player is on the field during games. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Coaches meeting will be held on March 14, 2012 (location/time TBD). Do not expect to be contacted by your child's coach until after that date.
Coaching clinics and coaching courses will be held throughout March. Updates will be posted on the SYSA website and communicated through mass emails. Practices will begin the week of March 26, 2012.
Recreational games are scheduled to start on April 4, 2012 and run through June 2, 2012. There are two weekends (Easter Weekend and Memorial Day Weekend) in which no recreational games will be played.
Grants - A limited number of grants are available for those who may need financial assistance. Please contact SYSA via email at sysa_info@yahoo.com to make this request.
In order to successfully submit your registration information you must:

Print the Certificate of Registration - failure to wait until
this point will result in an incomplete registration and you will
be required to go through the entire online process again.

YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE GONE THROUGH PAYMENT SECTION & YOU HAVE A VALID CERTIFICATION OF REGISTRATION.
Make Sure Your Computer & Browser Meet The Following Requirements!

· You will need current browsers (Internet Explorer 5.01 or Netscape Communicator 4.08 or newer).
