WAGS Initial Registration Checklist
Below are the passwords for the Code of Conduct Forms, TSL Forms and the Referee Evaluation Form. Please have each parent and player complete these forms. If they entered the information last season, there is no reason to resubmit. If the player has changed teams, they must complete a new form. All information must be enteed prior to the beginning of league play.
Paperless Forms Passwords:
The forms are on-line under "Forms". The passwords are as follows:
TSL Form – wagstsl
Code of Conduct: Coach - wagscoach
Parent - wagsparents
Players - wagsplayer
We understand that players may not have email addresses; therefore, they may enter a parent email address.
Referee Evaluation Form - wagsref
TSL Volunteer - Now that WAGS has gone paperless, there is no need for the TSL to sign the game card. We will verify the information with the signature on line. If the team’s TSL is unable to attend a match, email the office with the alternate for that date.
